Carol is an expert on impact measurement and management, and faith-consistent investing. Harvard Divinity School-educated and Amsterdam-based, she currently serves as Senior Fellow at the Francesco Collaborative, building frameworks that integrate Impact Measurement and Management with Catholic Social Teaching. She was previously Impact Investment, Measurement & Management Lead at Phenix Capital Group. She served as President of both the Harvard Club of the Netherlands from 2020 to 2022 and the American Women's Club of The Netherlands, and co-founded the Wominvest Observatory, which hosted debates on women and investment at the EU Parliament. She was the architect of the Fempower Your Growth Program which launched the 40 Million Euro Borski Fund, the 1st fund for female founders in The Netherlands.
