Hannah is a PMP-certified project manager and Master of Urban Planning candidate at McGill University, where her research focuses on the adaptive reuse of faith-based land for affordable housing and community benefit. She brings experience from the City of Hamilton, where she worked in municipal coordination, community engagement and transit planning. At Relèven, her work spans project coordination and stakeholder engagement, helping translate property strategy into projects with lasting community impact. She is passionate about finding creative solutions to equitable land use and building lasting and collaborative partnerships.
