ASSEMBLE

First Unitarian a contacté la TCF, après avoir vendu son lieu de culte existant au centre-ville de Toronto. La TCF a engagé son partenaire RE/MAX pour participer à la recherche d'un nouveau centre communautaire pour cette communauté religieuse dynamique. Nous les avons aidés dans l'acquisition d'un centre communautaire existant.

FUND 

First Unitarian deployed funds from the proceeds of sale from its previous site, to acquire and renovate the new location.

OPERATE

A new site operation plan is being prepared presently.

ASSEMBLER

First Unitarian approached TCF, after having sold their existing congregational location in downtown Toronto. TCF has engaged its partner RE/MAX to join in the search for a new community hub location for this vibrant faith community. We helped them with the acquisition of an existing community hub.

FINANCER 

First Unitarian a déployé des fonds provenant du produit de la vente de son ancien site, pour acquérir et rénover le nouvel emplacement.

GÉRER

Un nouveau plan d'exploitation du site est en cours de préparation.
