When asked what he does for a living, Graham Singh says he closes churches.
He's an ordained Anglican pastor, and he knows first-hand the old model of running a church is no longer working.
Falling attendance, rising maintenance costs and fewer donations are all contributing to churches being turned into condos across North America.
Singh is on a mission to save dying churches — and he thinks he has the solution.
"I believe we are all part of the greatest reformation and revival of the church ever," he said.
